The Kammprofile Gasket to EN 12560-6 is a grooved metallic gasket with a soft material sealing layer, manufactured for compatibility with EN 1759-1 flange systems across the full ANSI pressure class range from Class 150 to Class 2500. The grooved metal core distributes bolt load evenly across narrow sealing bands, achieving a tight and durable seal capable of withstanding severe pressure cycling, elevated temperatures, and aggressive process media.
Prosave Co Incorp produces this gasket in four configurations. The ZR type includes an integrated centering ring for precise positioning on raised face flanges. The LZR type uses a loose sheet metal centering ring, suited for gas service or applications where thermal expansion differentials across the gasket face are a concern. The convex profile variants, ZR-B and LZR-B, offer improved sealing characteristics through a graduated groove geometry that intensifies contact stress at the sealing surface.
