Prosave Co Incorp

Ring Gasket — ASME/ANSI Class 150

Prosave Co Incorp manufactures Ring Gaskets for ASME/ANSI Class 150 pipe flanges, cut to fit within the raised face seating area of the mating flanges. Available across a broad range of pipe sizes from 1/2 inch to 96 inches and in a wide selection of materials and thicknesses, these gaskets are suited to oil and gas, refinery, water treatment, power generation, and general industrial piping applications. Standard thicknesses of 1/16 inch and 1/8 inch are available, with additional thicknesses manufactured to order.

The Ring Gasket for ASME/ANSI Class 150 flanges is a flat annular gasket dimensioned to seat within the raised face of standard ASME/ANSI B16.5 pipe flanges. The ring configuration covers only the raised face seating area, concentrating bolt load directly on the gasket sealing surface and allowing efficient sealing at the lower bolt loads typical of Class 150 service. Prosave Co Incorp manufactures these gaskets across a comprehensive size range and in multiple material grades to match the process medium, temperature, and pressure requirements of each installation.

Material options include EPDM for water, steam, and oxidising environments; engineered graphite grades for high temperature and high pressure service; and compressed aramid fibre with nitrile binder for applications requiring high temperature creep resistance and torque retention. Custom material combinations are available upon request.
